If you book an appointment with me and cannot cancel at least 12 hours in advance, I want you to write a valid reason for this. I may request a fee for my time anyway. So please respect my times. If the color of the tattoo fades, the customer has up to 6 months to contact me for a free refill. Later than 6 months, I will charge a fee for this.

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation can be sent to your email address or sms if you pay with izettle in the studio. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. We reserve the right to any printing errors on this website and final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. dreadlock/braiding
You get tips to follow your hair care in the studio. I am not responsible of your own haircare after you leave the studio. With temporary dreads and the hair does not hold togheter the first week i will of course fix it for you.
piercing /tattoo
Before you get a tattoo or piercing, you approve placement and motif. You will recieve information about care instructions and proucts. The customer is solely responsible if aftercare is not followed and motifs heals incorrectly or infection occurs. Payment provider
When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is your first name, last name, address, email address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your social security number is also saved with the payment provider.
